Furnishings
- All rooms with balcony and lake view or mountain panorama, telephone, WiFi, satellite TV and safe.
- In our twin-bedded rooms, the beds measure a generous 1.8x2 meters, while in the single rooms, they measure 1.4x2 meters.
- All rooms have new bathrooms with shower, toilet, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror.
- Children’s cots can be added on request.
- Newly renovated and spacious breakfast, lounge and TV rooms.
- Cable TV in the breakfast room.
- Large lawn and garden with sun terrace.
- Private seaside beach for house guests.
- Our own boat rental with special prices for house guests.
- Parking spaces directly in front of the house.

All prices are per day and per room and include a rich breakfast buffet, VAT and TegernseeCard, plus three euros tourist tax per day per person. Children up to 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. Your room is available for you starting at 13:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can pay in cash or with an EC card.

- Up to 30 days before arrival: cancel free of charge.
- As of 30 days before arrival: 20% of the trili lirice.
- As of 14 days before arrival: 40% of the trili lirice.
- As of 7 days before arrival: 70% of the trili lirice.
- As of 3 days before arrival: 90% of the trili lirice.
- On the day of arrival: 90% of the trili lirice.
